Inter target former fullback Bolívar

Today's edition of the Porto Alegre newspaper, Correrio do Povo reports that Internacional are close to announcing the shock return of fullback Bolívar. The right back became one of the highlights of the team during the famous Copa Libertadores success in 2006.

At present, the player is contracted to French club, Monaco who have had a disappointing season. It is now thought that 27 year old Bolívar will return to the Beira-Rio on a 12 month loan. The arrival of Bolívar would help to fill the gap left by the sale of Sidnei, which is set to be confirmed by the end of the month and would also go a long way to appeasing the Colorado's who continue to mourn the loss of Fernandao as well as the forthcoming departures of Alex and Sidnei. Many Colorado's are also disappointed at the clubs start in the Campeonato Brasilerio where Inter currently have just 7 points from 7 games.
Inter have only recently purchased a new right back, Ângelo who is yet to play for the club as his registration will not clear until July so the siging of Bolívar will ask questions about Ângelo's future at the club.

What about Ângelo then guys?

I am told he is considered to be a good player and if Bolivar comes then he will not play.

Fabiano Eller signed with Santos today. I think he could be a good option to Orozco (awful, awful player) or even to Indio, who is in very bad moment.

Bolivar return is a great notice... We need to get a solid defense again.

About Ângelo, is a good player, in Parana Club, his ex-club, he has the "star".

Inter stay missing at this position, he will be a positive novelty on rigth side.

Can you imagine a couple of defense composed by Bolivar and Sorondo?

That's a respectable defensive pair. Booth tall, strong and tecniche players.
